6pm A parade leaves Museum of Wellington City and Sea lead by a MARIACHI SINGER stopping at Trade Aid and The Flying Burrito Brothers to arrive at .....
Bodega for a night of celebration Latin American style.
7.30pm BODEGA - DIA DE LOS MUERTOS Celebration
Music, poetry, dance, and SPOT PRIZES!!
Bands including Carlos Navarrette, Bella Cajon, Julie Bevan, Te Kupu, dancers, poets and other performers will entertain with all proceeds going to a Southern Mexican indigenous community. There will also be a stall of Mexican craft, and spot prizes from the stall.
Preparation for the parade will begin at 4pm with an OFRENDA (altar), and Face-painting at the Museum of Wellington City and Sea.
