Kicks off: June 18 '09 @ 20:00

Bodega_JazzPoster_June09 copy.jpg And; the second installment of Bodega's traditional cabaret style show focusing on the Blues legends of old. Come down and experience the 'smoky', intimate, bourbon filled enviroment of a Chicago blues club. Featuring a solo performance by one of Wellington's best known blues guitarists Darren Watson and a solo lap-steel performance by Thomas Oliver of The Thomas Oliver Band.  A short and entertaining interlude will precede Al Campbell and his band The Mighty Ramble as they pay tribute to one of the true masters of the Blues; Muddy Waters and to close precedings an inspiring performance from The Charcoal White, led by last month's delta slide guitar hero Dan Green. A gold coin is all that's between you and entry. There's seating available and the heaters will be on. Doors at 8pm. Show starts at 8.30pm sharp
